Ms. Erin

My name is Mrs. Erin and it is such an honor to be one of the teachers at the Heritage Resource Center in Elk Grove. I am a Christian, a wife, a homeschooling mom and an entrepreneur. I became a Christian at the age of 8 years old and have never looked back. His goodness and faithfulness have led me to become the person I am today.

In 2009, I married the love of my life, and together we've been blessed with three wonderful boys. Homeschooling them has been one of the greatest adventures of my life, and I'm grateful that we still have many more years of this journey ahead.

Furthermore, the Lord has used our homeschooling as a way to bless the community. In 2023, I opened Mrs. Erin's Tutoring Center with the purpose of supporting homeschooling families; however, it grew to be so much more! This tutoring center continues to encourage homeschooling families, but supports students from any educational background and specializes in teaching literacy skills to children with Dyslexia as well.

In addition to homeschooling and tutoring, I offer classes for homeschooling families at the Heritage Resource Center. This year I will be facilitating a "Personal Finance" class for junior high and high school students, as well as an "Aerodynamics" class to younger students.
