Parent/Student Expectation Agreement
Semester Duration: The student is expected to attend the full 12-week semester. Regular attendance is crucial to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the learning process.
Registration Fee: A registration fee of $75 is required to enroll in this program. This fee helps cover the operational costs and resources utilized throughout the semester.
Class Fees: All class fees must be paid in full on the date the Instructor has set or before the first class date of August 31, 2026. This ensures that financial arrangements do not disrupt the learning schedule and the instructor can focus fully on educational activities. Your student's spot is not secure until payment is made to the instructor.
Curriculum Purchase: Parents are responsible for purchasing all required curriculum materials before the commencement of the semester. A list of necessary materials will be provided in advance to ensure all students are equally prepared for the course.
Child Discipline: Discipline of the child will be managed according to biblical principles, with the parent taking the lead role in this process. It is essential that discipline aligns with the values taught in the curriculum and reinforces a respectful and conducive learning environment.
Communication with Instructor: Parents and students must maintain open and regular communication with the instructor. This includes reporting any absences in advance, discussing academic concerns, and seeking clarification on assignments or topics covered in class.
Respect for Facility: All participants are expected to respect the facility where classes are held. This includes maintaining cleanliness, using property and resources responsibly, and observing any rules specific to the facility.
Instructor's Authority in Class: Students and parents acknowledge that the instructor sets the expectations for class behavior, participation, and assignment completion. It is important for students to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a structured and effective learning environment.
Understanding and Agreement: By signing below, you agree to adhere to the expectations outlined in this agreement and commit to supporting the educational goals set forth by the instructor and program administration. Failure to meet these expectations may result in review and possible adjustment of the student's participation in the program.
