The expectations and structure that help HHRC run well for everyone.
HHRC is a community built on mutual respect and shared expectations. All families, students, and instructors are expected to treat one another with kindness, patience, and good faith. Disruptive behavior or persistent policy violations may result in disenrollment without refund.
The registration fee of $75 per student grants that child access to class enrollment for the current academic year. Each child must be registered individually, though a family can register multiple children together in one checkout. This fee is non-refundable after 14 days of payment. The registration fee does not include individual class tuition.
HHRC does not collect class tuition. Each instructor independently sets and collects their own class tuition, charged per semester. Families communicate directly with instructors regarding tuition amounts and payment schedules.
Fall enrollment is open April through August. Spring enrollment is open October through January. Yearlong classes are only available during the fall enrollment window and do not reopen for spring-only enrollment. Enrolling in a yearlong class implies a commitment to both semesters.
Consistent attendance is expected. Students who miss more than three consecutive weeks without communicating with the instructor may lose their enrollment slot. Families should notify instructors in advance of expected absences.
Families may withdraw from a class at any time by notifying the instructor and HHRC admin. Class tuition refunds are at the instructor's discretion. Annual registration fees are non-refundable after 14 days.
Students are expected to arrive prepared, engage respectfully, and follow instructor guidance. Students who repeatedly disrupt class may be removed. HHRC reserves the right to disenroll students who consistently violate community expectations.
Parents are responsible for ensuring their students are prepared, on time, and in good standing with instructors. Parents must remain accessible by phone or email during all class hours.
The safety of every student at HHRC is our highest priority. All instructors have completed background checks. No student is ever left alone with an adult one-on-one. Any safety concern should be reported to the HHRC administrator immediately.
HHRC collects family contact information, student data, and medical notes for operating the program. This information is never sold or shared with third parties outside essential service providers such as the payment processor.
HHRC reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Families will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
By completing registration and submitting payment, the registering parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all HHRC policies on behalf of their household.
