I have been homeschooling for 14 years. My oldest children have graduated through high school with ACAEC and my youngest is in 9th grade. My heart is for parents to feel empowered and equipped to educate THEIR children.

Mrs. Adams also leads HHRC's Supervised Study Hall and oversees administration for the resource center.

Hi! I'm Natasha, and I'm so excited to be joining you this year! My husband and I have four great kids, and we've been homeschooling for about 15 years. I have a love for history, literature, and lifelong learning, and I enjoy creating classes that are interactive, engaging, and full of stories that help students connect with what they're learning. I can't wait to meet everyone and have a great year together!

I currently live in Wilton and have been an Elk Grove/Wilton area resident for almost 30 years. I have had the privilege of being a homeschooling mom for 33 years. We have graduated 9 of our children from homeschooling, with the 10th graduating high school this year (homeschooling through ACAEC), and my youngest son is entering 7th grade. I personally graduated with a BA from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and an MA from Norwich University in Vermont.

Hey! I am Aimee Ring, and my family has been homeschooling for three years. My husband and I have two girls, in 8th and 11th grades. I have been known as a crafty mom, an idea lady, and a hobby collector. My art journey started while recovering from a major surgery (there's only so much TV I could take), and after a few years I started teaching groups. My prayer is that, through art, we will be able to see that God gave us the ability to create something beautiful. We are made in the image of the Master Artist after all!

Personal Finance & Aerodynamics

My name is Mrs. Erin and it is such an honor to be one of the teachers at the Heritage Resource Center in Elk Grove. I am a Christian, a wife, a homeschooling mom and an entrepreneur. I became a Christian at the age of 8 years old and have never looked back. His goodness and faithfulness have led me to become the person I am today.

In 2009, I married the love of my life, and together we've been blessed with three wonderful boys. Homeschooling them has been one of the greatest adventures of my life, and I'm grateful that we still have many more years of this journey ahead.

Furthermore, the Lord has used our homeschooling as a way to bless the community. In 2023, I opened Mrs. Erin's Tutoring Center with the purpose of supporting homeschooling families; however, it grew to be so much more! This tutoring center continues to encourage homeschooling families, but supports students from any educational background and specializes in teaching literacy skills to children with Dyslexia as well.

In addition to homeschooling and tutoring, I offer classes for homeschooling families at the Heritage Resource Center. This year I will be facilitating a "Personal Finance" class for junior high and high school students, as well as an "Aerodynamics" class to younger students. Band

I am a former music teacher (before homeschooling my kids!) and have both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in music. I started teaching band because that was one of the few things I knew my kids would miss out on being homeschooled. My own kids are in my band classes, so I'm very devoted to building a band program that will last for years! I have a total of 4 kids ages 1-10, and have always homeschooled my kids.
