Answers for Families

HHRC is a resource center providing structured, instructor-led classes for homeschooling families. We offer academic and enrichment classes in a welcoming community setting—giving families the support of a school-like environment while maintaining full homeschool flexibility.

HHRC is open to any homeschooling family in our area. Students of all backgrounds, experience levels, and learning styles are welcome. Classes are organized by grade range so students are grouped with peers at a similar level.

Registration is charged per student, per school year -- not a flat family fee. Register whichever of your children you're enrolling, pay the per-student fee for each, and that child gains access to the class enrollment portal for the current school year. You can register multiple children together in one checkout.

No. The annual registration fee grants access to enroll in classes—it does not cover individual class tuition. Class tuition is charged per semester and arranged directly with each instructor outside of this website.

Each instructor independently sets and collects their own class tuition, charged per semester. Tuition arrangements are made directly between the family and the instructor. HHRC does not collect or process class tuition.

Fall enrollment is open April through August. Spring enrollment is open October through January. Yearlong classes are only available during the fall window and do not reopen for spring-only enrollment.

Your account is created or activated automatically, and each student you registered is marked eligible for enrollment right away. You'll receive a confirmation email, then you can log in and access the enrollment portal to select classes for your registered students.

Yearlong classes run for both fall and spring semesters as one continuous enrollment. They are only available during the fall enrollment window and do not reopen mid-year.

If a class has reached capacity, you can join the waitlist from the enrollment portal. You'll be notified by email when a seat opens.

Yes—class listings, seat counts, supply lists, and the weekly schedule are all publicly viewable. No account needed to browse. You need to complete registration to access the enrollment portal.
